We’ve recently made some changes to the CDG team, promoting and transitioning a few talented folks including Donna Anglin, Michael Runyon, and John Church.
A critical component of CDG operations is our product support and training. So, we’re happy to report that Donna Anglin’s new position as Vice President Product Support will expand her current role overseeing these functions, as well as our quality assurance and product documentation.
There’s no shortage of activity at the FCC regarding regulations and policy for our industry, requiring CDG to stay on top of those important issues. Michael Runyon will now ensure CDG is in compliance with these FCC regulations and industry billing standards in his new role as Vice President of Revenue and Regulatory Assurance. Mike will also be responsible for all CDG client contracts, equipment, and facility leases, as well as other vendor and software arrangements.
Lastly John Church is taking on a new role as MBS Project Manager, where he will manage MBS projects, including coordinating the project schedules and activities of personnel to help ensure successful MBS implementations and upgrades. His talents will help CDG clients get the best experience possible with these important upgrades and implementations.
It’s a rapidly changing industry and our clients have evolving needs. We look forward to working with Donna, John, and Mike in these new roles as we continue to work toward meeting the objectives and expectations of clients.
